Once again we have a uniquely Tasmanian quango. Why a Quango? It is because they take heaps of government money, run of donated time and solicite from private industry. Sounds good? The answer is Nope...Look at the website and what do you see? A volunteer organisation that is supposed to help people who can not drive get to Drs appointments and such and live their life with dignity. Ok what is the practice?You can phone them well in advance and they will tell you they will get back to you. Closer to time they will phone you with an excuse. Maybe an hour before maybe a day before. Good for them, they have the funding, but provide no service. Be prepared for them to say Sorry" at the last minute.Never ever arrange an appointment with a medical specialist and a GP or other medical staff

Great volunteer drivers. However when a paid job comes up it seems they are not regarded.Some clients like to use the system for outings instead of medical and other health services

These drivers have no respect for other road users constantly do u turns in dangerous spots

No just no and have come across a few of these drivers on the road not good drivers at all and seem to think they can park where they want and also pull out in front of other cars also know people who have travelled with them and not a happy experience the drivers are also very rude if saying anything to them I would never recommend this crowd

A fantastic community initiative. Great people to work with. So genuine about their concern for passengers.

Very dissapointed that cancellations are made last minute especially when so far out of the city if they do not have adequate driver numbers then perhaps should consider not taking on more clients. And it should not be if drivers are available if your booking is a permanent arrangement then you should have a driver its not like my autistic son uses the service for recreation or fun he uses it as a means to get to work if they are running like a taxi service then it needs to be stated as such not a community transport that will get you to where you need to be my son is lucky he has an understanding boss.The communication is less than acceptable for such a company and no means of direct contact , we have found staff and drivers very pleasant to talk to and good to deal with but the system and availability isn't at a standard that is reliable for the volume of clients they accept . Its a real shame, not every client has someone to fall back onwhen they cancel transport .

Had a appointment for hospital for very important test couldn't drive there nor back by myself so thought would give ctst a go sent in email first to test waters a day later got phone call to say welcome and that a booking could be made for the date and time this was made 1 1/2 weeks in advance to make sure that a car was available yes not a problem that's been put in the system will be ok" on the date of the appointment waiting waiting only a hour to go before appointment time and a hour and an half driving time to get there made a phone call to see what and where the car was only to be told that no booking had been made for me that day. It was so important I had that test done I can't believe it not even a sorry. Waist of space total waist of space!"

Very good always on time. All cars are cleaned before and after each client. They provide transport for some of our people that attend our friendship group that can not get there though other means. Service used for transport for elder, disabled persons
