Good company, had an issue originally with the servicing and things going wrong. However, Dale, the business owner, personally came to inspect and see what could be done. System is back to normal and issue has been resolved by Dale, great doing business with him. Fantastic service and great to have the air conditioning working again.

Very friendly and kind admin staff. Service staff always provide service quickly - nothing is too much trouble - they prioritized my unwell elderly mother - even though this required travel to Gisborne. Highly recommend this company for service and repairs. Thankyou.

Wouldnt even give them 1 star worst company ever dealt with. Problems from the beginning and manager wouodnt return calls. Now 12 months later job has to be done again by someone else after costing $1200. Poor.

Nathan, Tim, and the team did an amazing job installing our new air conditioner. They were very knowledgeable, communicated well, answered my questions, and turned up on time. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing heating or cooling.

Replaced our very old split system and they were just brilliant. From the initial contact to the reccommendations of what would suit our home and space, Nathan was on time, efficiently replaced the old with the new, was very neat and tidy - highly reccommended. It's been several months and we are still so happy with the system they reccommended and installed - very happy customers.

The communication, install and equipment are all exceptional, I'm so thankful Nathan and his team fit my emergency job in so quickly in the middle of winter. The external side of the split system is a work of art in itself, so impressed! Thank you :)

Hard to know where to start... The drainage was not managed from our installation causing rising damp in our walls, which I ended up having to fix myself. One of our units (we had 2 installed) has broken down after 6 months and after initially confirming it was a warranty fault, they refuse to fix it... but they didn't make that clear until after 3 weeks of trying to get updates they finally told us to go straight to Daikin and initially lying about raising the job with Daikin. Daikin are very clear it's Central Air's responsibility to sort out and that we may be out of pocket to fix, but it's impossible to get Central Air to do anything. Central Air failed to provide the compliance certificates they're required and explicitly state they were going to in the quote. I was accused of not paying a few weeks after paying on the day of installation and them finally later confirming I'd payed exactly as they instruct on the invoice. The installation date got moved around a bunch and not communicated, including only finally getting confirmation of the day after they were already driving out... how is anyone this bad in business?
