I'm a big fan of fish and chips, and I've tried a lot of different places in my area. But I have to say, Barnacle Bills is my new favorite. The fish is always fresh and cooked perfectly. The chips are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the service is always friendly and efficient.I especially love the Crew Pack for 4. It comes with a generous portion of fish, chips, prawns, calamari and drink. And it's all for a great price. If you're looking for a delicious and affordable meal. I highly recommend Barnacle Bills . You won't be disappointed.

Had the pleasure of enjoying the vegan chicken burger combo, one of the best tasting and flavoursome burgers in Sydney.Service and facility were also notable. Will definitely visit again.

loved the atmosphere of the of the seating area, really brought out the genre of food that was being served. Food and service was also excellent and they displayed a high level of hygiene. Would definitely recommend!

Went with a mate for lunch, and plenty of vegetarian options.Highly recommended, vegetarian chicken burger was very flavoursome, with multiple choices of vegan sauces and the bun was also very light and fluffy.We took the vegan chicken schnitzel meal as a takeaway, and was a hit at home with the kids.Will definitely visit again.

Disappointing, portions are ok, but there is no flavour in their share packs. The batter is very bland (crumb) and moderately oily. The fish was flavourless as well so needed a tonne of salt and lemon to make it palatable. Chips were asked to be cooked longer but still flaccid.Nice and clean inside. And produced reasonably fast. Just a shame to not have a product that is naturally tasty without adding sauces especially for the price charged.

Had the pleasure of dining at this establishment recently and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and service. Grilled and crumbed fish dishes were both excellent choices. The crumbs on the fish were light, crispy and not overly oily. The seafood dishes were also nice.Highly recommend!

Myself and a few other mums took some of our kids here from our football team last night. The kids were crazy as usual and the staff were so understanding and amazing with them all. Quick service, great pricing and great food. We ordered a crew pack for 2 for myself and my partner and my daughters got the kids meals. Large portions for all meals, which is always a plus in this day and age. Definitely could not fault the staff they went above and beyond for all of us to ensure our meals and experience was fantastic.

Wow, now we have a decent fish & chip takeaway in Penrith. Premises clean, wonderful menu to choose from, and the fish is not FROZEN, its fresh and a delight to eat. The prices are excellent for the amount that you order. Excellent customer service.Now that you have arrived in Penrith, I no longer have to go to Windsor.Thanks, and keep up the good service. 5 stars to you.

This fish and chip shop is simply outstanding! From the fresh and perfectly cooked food to the crispy and irresistible chips, every bite was a burst of flavor. The service was top-notch, and the food was delightful. Highly recommended.
