My first time at Winks. Was unsure of colour and style with my hair. Carly gave me a beautiful cut and the colours she used with foils were perfect. Wonderful service, lovely staff and good value. 5 stars Thank you

Winks is the best. Every time I get my hair done the ladies are so friendly, helpful and talented. My hair was very damaged when first going there and within two seperate appointments I have less breakage and the colour has been corrected. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and cannot believe how affordable it is. Every time I'm there it's a 4 hour process and still leave paying less than imagined. AMAZING, this the best hair salon in the area.

Staff are great an very polite would highly recommend this hair salon as they take a personal interest in you. We're very caring and thoughtful to me as well has I had to bring my pup in because of reason the staff were also very thoughtful in this way., 10 out 10 deffs going back!!

My hair is natural dark brown, lady came over and told me to get my hair light brown it’s not achievable and tried to convince me why it’s not possible. I questioned them because I have had it done blonde from darker before in the past. Very rude. Everybody in salon n workers were looking & listening. They turned me away. I felt discriminated!

I just went there to get my haircut today.The one who cut my hair names Cara.I showed her a hairstyle and she made it so perfect.I love my hair so much.I also asked her some technique about how to style hair and she told me all the technique she has, it was great.The shampoo smells so good as well.The price is quite expensive for me because I'm a student but the result is so worth it. Thx for all the girls who served me today!

The manager was incredibly rude, will never recommend this place to anyone.Felt bullied and intimidated.Worst experience I've ever had entering a salon.Appalling.

I didn't get her name but she gave a master cut...looks like I've had a facelift...

This was a couple years ago now but not the last time I’ve heard of similar stories. I went in after my blonde had long grown out and trimmed off asking to return to a silvery blonde understanding it would take more than once to achieve this, my hair is a medium brown. The lady argued with me and told me it was impossible despite my showing her nurmerous photos of different blondes and colours I have had over the years. Very condescending and rude. I stuck it out but even getting my hair rinsed out she wouldn’t allow me to rest my neck on the basin instead getting snarky and reefing my head up so I had to hold it up on my own at the sink straining my neck. Will never return and have shared my experience with family and friends who’ve decided to take their business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time, this woman clearly hates her job and anything that isn’t already the colour your asking for seems like a massive inconvenience to her. Thumbs down.
