Walked out tonight. Firstly the service was a bit off had to be quick to tell them we wanted to order before they zoomed off and we already knew what we wanted before coming. We wanted the lovely steak sandwich we had last time instead we waited for an eternity for the most tasteless cheese garlic bread and even longer for a luke warm steak on a small dry burger bun with a cold rubbery piece of bacon and a rubbery fried egg with the caramelised onion forgotten. Chips have very little potato and no seasonimg not even salt. The table we reserved was filthy. No napkins or cutlery. I asked for the caramelised onion to be added and it came back looked like someone barfed on it, that was the last straw. Won't be back ever.

Great place for lunch on a cool and windy Sunday. Welcoming and friendly staff who explained the menu and meal sizes. I'm so glad that another staff member also explained that we didn't have to use the unfriendly QR code system for ordering as we were about to leave before even starting. Believe me you will not leave hungry as the meal servings are very generous. We enjoyed a beef roast complete with vegetables and Yorkshire pudding, sirloin steak with vegetables and blue cheese sauce and the seafood curry. All meals were delicious. Don't forget the Guinness. Try the Anchor I'm sure you'll enjoy the experience.

This was once my go to place in cleveland. something has changed and food has gone downhill. ordered the ribs and not available. chips were over cooked in old oil and kids burger was a processed patty when it was once house made. won’t be back unless food improves. shame as i loved your food back in the day.

Was there on Sunday for the roast beef lunch and pork ribs. Good food and friendly staff. Realy enjoyable lunch and atmosphere.

Absolutely love this place the food and atmosphere is amazing and you just can’t fault the staff for their service.Get in there people and support this establishment they do it all really well.

Good little bar on the Cleveland Harbourside Went here for a few drinks and a meal with some friends the other night. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it. I had the Dublin Stew. I'm still licking my lips!!

Table for 8 for Mothers day dinner.Asked for table service as per the sign out the front - had to either catch the attention of passing staff or order drinks / food from the bar or the QR code because staff were nowhere to be seen.Ordered drinks including 2 lemonades for kids - soda water came to the table, went to the bar and asked for the lemonade that was ordered and was told they were out of lemonade and it would be 20mins at least before we could have some, ordered alternately.Waited 40mins to order food and had to go ask a staff member to come to the table to take the orders - was told the kitchen was out of the mothers day roasts, ordered alternately.One of our table asked what the pasta of the day was - staff member had no idea but said it was tasty, ordered the pasta only to be told 10mins after taking the orders that the kitchen was out of the pasta of the day, ordered alternately.7 meals arrived, the 8th was forgotten about.One of the 7 meals was a Medium well Sirloin - I cut into it and would generously describe it as Rare, cut the steak into inch wide strips and left the well done" steak marker in one of the strips of meat (I know better than to return a steak to the kitchen because it isn't cooked to liking)

We loved this place in the past. Now they don't have the food they advertise nor the wine. The floor manager was very rude and abrupt when questioned.

Staff did not ask if I wanted water Salt and pepper not provided staff did not check to see if my meal was ok and apart from first drink I did not get asked if I wanted amother one which I did. Table near me had good service for drinks. I come to Raby Bay Restaurants frequently and want good service regards Cheryl.

Went on a Sunday afternoon for a few drinks and had a bit more than that and stayed for some food also. The staff were nice and friendly and the place was clean. Got a plate of ribs and some boneless spicy chicken. They were fairly solid and large portions for the 2 of us and we did our best to finish them, we were defeated! Nice little spot to pass an afternoon away.
