Little hidden ramen place outside of the Woolies, tight fit for us but we managed to make it work.Special deal on $18.50 gets ur a ramen bowl extra noodles and can of drinkAlways busy, but worth the waitKids love their ramen, and this was no exceptionGreat tasting noodles, stock and pork

Today I was served a 150% effort bowl of ramen at Hakataya Westfield Garden City. It's been a really long time since I've had a bowl so flavoursome and it tasted better than Ichiran ramen in Japan.The team was 1 cheerful western and 1 asian male. I could tell from the way they worked that they have worked extremely hard to master the recipe. They bounced swiftly left and right to serve all of their customers and was cheerful and precise in setting the bowl. I left a compliment and went home with a full belly.I was really pleased. Others also commented, that was so good" during my dine in . I also noticed the kitchen was really clean

Have been coming here end of last year since I discovered this outlet makes the nicer ramen. Noodles perfectly cooked, nice and piping hot and noodles not overly cooked such that it leaves an alkaline taste, and broth very full of flavour.However, their soup has not been as flavoursome and noodles a little overcooked. I notice it comes with a different staff. Hopefully standard goes back.

Great ramen, I am a regular at their Myer Centre branch. Always a fan of the free extra noodles. They have limited choices but it has never been an issue for me. Great price, great Ramen. Customer service is always on point in all their branches. Will definitely recommend and will visit again

Great service from Garden City Hakataya Ramen.Only two people working at the time but they were friendly and very fast. The broth was rich, perfectly cooked chashu pork and got extra free noodles. Adding takana to the Ramen made the taste even better. Didn't know Takana and Ramen go so well.It was a very satisfying experience. Will be back again soon.

Busy here but only 2 staff. I was waiting for a while.I love the free entree and their ramen. They don’t have many options on the menu, only few ramen and dumplings. But the food there is nice. You could see all the details in the kitchen, it’s a cooking show for me. Food is simple and delicious, I will come back.

Very poor service, called to order ahead knowing they closed soon and was in the centre walking to them after finishing shopping. They were closing in 15mins. Told me they close at 10mins to Five and I said yes its not yet that time yet and my son specifically asked for Hakataya for tea. She then said they were closed. See photo time stamps. Hakataya please explain to me your business hours and on replying to this review I am happy to contact you again and following that conversation will amend this review
