Customer service at Mowers and More Campbellfield is second to none. Had a problem with a new mower I bought a couple of weeks ago, and they were only too glad to help me with a reaplacement. I was so happy they accomodated me, I purchased a chainsaw as well :-)And to top it all off, they even spent a good 45mins showing me all the ins and outs on how to use my new equipment.Thank-you Dave and team.Highly recommended.

Called ahead to check availability of part. As a professional gardener i needed it straight away. Was told they did have the part. Arrived at the store to be told they didn't have it in stock but they could order it. Had to drive ti another store. Wasted nearly 2 hours thanks to this pace

I bought sthil hedge trimmer 6 months before and used only twice. It never worked perfectly. I went to shop mid December few times 2022amd I was told no staff. Finally they took for service mid Jan 2023 and after 4 weeks they didn't touch the unit . Atlast I took it back in same condition to fix it myself. Very poor service.

Purchased a supposedly good quality mower, who ever put this machine together forgot to tighten nuts. When it fell apart I returned it for repair, as it is still under warranty. Two months later, still waiting for mower to be returned. When requesting an ETA I received quite a rude brush off.

Craig & Dave are absolute gentlemen to deal with. Helped me with a minor issue that I didn't know how to fix. Did it all with a smile on their face. Great blokes and a great business. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Will definitely keep me as a returning customer; and an ongoing recommendation to my family and friends. Thanks, Craig, Dave and Mower & More team..

Nothing but money hungryMy mower’s pulling cord was ripped off, the lady quoted around $70 including blade replacement.When arrived to receive the mower on time, Dave refused to deliver it as it is “at the back of the store” and “too hard to bring it at front”.Went back again the next day. Dave asked me $93, which is significantly higher than the price quoted. Without mentioning the original quote when I requested to re-consider the asking price politely, Dave answered, “I don’t work here for nothing” and attacked personally “ would you work for less money”.“Can I test the mower?” I asked. “Take it outside and do it there, we are going to close the shop”.I left the store with absolute sense of humiliation.No one is deserved to be bullied after paying more money than what was asked for.-ReplyYour reply shows signs of rudeness and arrogance. You didn't apologize for your behavior as well.It also confirms that I was correct.I arrival was not unannounced". I called you prior to my arrival."

Over priced on parts and services by far got told fir what i needed to be done was $220 called a different store and it was $80 for the same thing and fitted much quicker.As a contractor this is disappointing to see won't be using them again in the future unfortunately

Sanli mower starting easily and running great since was serviced here 2 months ago. Work completed within estimated time and cost.

Very poor service and felt rushedDefinitely reminds me why unfortunately I have to shop online and get my own things delivered from a interstate store. Saves me dealing with rude sales people with there thumbs up there qauckers.Please don't reply to this owners. Don't really want a fake suck up story to make yourself look good won't buy it.

Love this joint!Brought my mower, pressure washer and more recently a plastic chainsaw for my little man. always helpful, knowledgeable and professional.Bit of a backlog with servicing at times, but they are upfront about it.
