Some of the bath bombs I ordered arrived broken, crumbling apart. I immediately emailed the company for support but a month later, I still haven’t heard back despite following up.The bath bombs also had a very strong and artificial smell which caused headaches.

This is my third time ordering from this wonderful store and each time is just as perfect as the last. I order online and it is very quick! This is the only place I buy all my bath/hair treats from! They smell amazing. My boyfriend has even started stealing my hair masks for himself and wants to have baths too now lol. Can’t wait to order more and use the treats I’ve just received today xx

I’ve tried multiple different bath bomb brands and Fake Treats is hands down my fave. Good sized bombs at a great price. They all smell great, and although the colours are super super vibrant, they do not stain my bathtub, skin or blonde hair. I still cant believe how cheap they are compared to other, MUCH lesser quality brands. Do yourselves a favour and make a purchase, you wont regret it.

Wow, very impressed with the bath bombs and whipped soap. The scents were not overpowering but definitely filled the bathroom with a delicious smell. The bath bombs were the best I have used in a long time. I can't wait to try 'Fake Treats' other products. Will be shopping again here soon.

The bath treats look beautiful ... However delivery took a very long time to arrive (metro Melbourne). More than a week. That is not the problem as we are in lockdown. But, I had a spillage and liquid/oil all over my hand and products, (See photos) so much of a spillage that the instructions on the magnesium soak container have rubbed off. Have not used products yet but I hope they will be worth the mess it arrived in! Would like to order again but better packaging would be welcoming.

Literally the worst business I’ve ever dealt with.Customer service is non existent. Numerous emails sent, no reply. Multiple attempts to make contact via social media, again no reply. Was sent a rotten candle and the second candle I ordered was nothing like advertised. Liquids not even full to the top. They advertise same day shipping, more like week after payment shipping. If they had of corresponded, this could have been resolved, however, it’s clear to see their priorities don’t include valuing their customers. Never again.

Ordered on Tuesday and received Monday. Couldn't believe it. Amazing.Opening my parcel of Christmas presents was beyond expectations. Packed with utmost care.My adult boys and their gfs we're excited to try the shower bombs after they smelt everything. So needless to say, I've already done another order for Christmas too top up what they used then some because I was so impressed with the quality.I've already got a third order list on the go.
