City Cave Wollongong

My first visit at City Cave Wollongong was incredible! The staff were so lovely and took such amazing care of me. I had the infrared sauna followed by a float and It was the best experience! I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. It is such a beautiful space I will definitely be back! X

Not my first float with the Cave but I thought I’d leave a review this time.An amazing experience I’d recommend to anyone.After this float my body is humming with such a relaxed, positive energy.Before and after service is second to none.Will keep going as the float with no light and no sound will take ur mind/body to places you never thought possible.

This has become my new favourite place in Wollongong! The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly and the float rooms are clean and have great ambiance! I love my monthly floats and highly recommend everyone gives it a try at City Cave Wollongong!

I have been a City Cave fan from the start when they had opened in Wollongong. The very professional team greets me by name and makes me feel welcome. The resting room with a variety of hot & cold teas is such a relaxing space. I love the infrared sauna where I can relax and sweat out all those toxins and sooth my sore muscles. I connect my phone via Bluetooth and either listen to an interesting podcast or my favourite music. I have tried the float pool a couple of times and use it as an extra pampering, but I can only highly recommend getting a massage with Ralif after a sauna session. He is a very professional therapist who tailors his massage to my needs and has been working very hard to get my sore muscles to loosen up. Do yourself a favour and check out City Cave Wollongong!

Working in the industry myself for 14 years, I know a good spot when I experience one! I’ve now completed two couples float and sauna sessions and popped in for a couple of solo session at city cave. Everything is always extremely clean and presentable, the staff have always been welcoming, informative and friendly. The lounge is a touch, not feeling rushed into or to leave a treatment really makes a difference, and the fact that it’s dark!! So many businesses in the industry find this hard to knock on the head. I also have you to thank for my partner actually enjoying experiences like this now! Certainly won’t be my last visit!

I had my first floating experience here today and it was amazingly calming so much so that I fell asleep part of it. Facilities are extremely clean and the staff knowledgeable friendly and professional all in one.The relaxation space is just that and so beautiful. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing facilities & customer service! The float's have helped relieve my back pain & muscle aches since I've been going. The Infrared Sauna has also improved my skin!There were plenty of towels for each service & everyone working there is so friendly, making my visits so wonderful!

So amazing. Excellent vibe. Very nice informative staff. I have used the sauna, which is spacious and comfortable, as well as the couples float therapy. Both of these are fantastic and will leave you relaxed. Highly recommend the float therapy...unless your partner moves a lot....

I’ve been spending a lot of time here lately and everything is perfect. The staff are all lovely, the waiting area has tea and water (plus a peaceful vibe).Saunas have towels and water, the float pools are always super clean and massages are always amazing.
