Called ahead to ensure my order was ready to pick up.Mind you only (3 every day items) HRD Hps and 1 x 10mm drill bit.Waited 30mins till they found my order then was told they didn't have the hps in stock.Really?Last time l ever purchase anything from Hilti again.There's plenty of places that provide excellent customer service.Hilti is no longer one.

very rubbish storeVery poor customer service，impatient with customers，Because my English is not very good, the clerk was a little impatient and scolded me with rude words，I think the clerk discriminated against me a bit。And when my business was not finished, he went to chat with other customers for 20 minutes, causing me to waste my time waiting for him for 20 minutes。Really bad shop assistant, hope hilti can manage his staff well

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Hilti isn’t what it used to be! I have been in contact every day for over a week to find out where my tool is after being told the repairs have been completed. Fobbed off each time being told I they will chase it up and call me back but still nothing. Will move away from Hilti in the future.

So I've been here a few times already and I've figured, if you know what you're looking for, this line of tools and fasteners have no comparison!However if you don't know exactly what you're after, Hassan is whom you should be after. His passion and commitment to the brand is easily shown when you have no idea what you're after. Hassan goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with confidence in the brand. The reason you shop at Hilti in the first place!

Terrible customer service. Was told a product was in stock, arrived to pick it up and find out part of the package isn't in stock and would be delivered the following day. Following day no delivery, called back and was told tomorrow, then no delivery. Continued to follow up every day and I wasn't able to get any sort of idea as to when I should expect the delivery but instead told my enquiry has been forwarded to another department.For such a large company, their systems of communication are extremely poor due to not being able to contact and deal with a store directly.
