Items ordered February 23rd. Emailed several times, no response to most of them. Was told on the 16th they would upgrade my order to express shipping, haven’t even received shipping details let alone my items. It’s a shame the customer service is so bad, I like the clothes, but will be unlikely to order from them again given the incredibly poor customer service.
