What a lovely lady and excellent masseuse! She knew the perfect pressure to use and allowed me to quietly zone out although would have happily chatted to me if I had wanted to talk I think. Lovely products and great service. The salon itself is a bit of a hole in the wall and isn't a full sensory experience but it's clean, comfy and modern.

My friend and I went here yesterday for the girls Day out Spa Package and it was Amazing! Communication beforehand had been quick and easy and we were able to move our appointment with no issue. and it was priced unbelievably well. We will be back!

We had been gone for a couple’s massage for our third anniversary. It was such a lovely experience. The store is quiet and provides us with a comfortable environment . They provide very excellent services.And the staff was very professional and friendly.I and my boyfriend both relaxed after the massage.

I did a mini spa with a friend and it was just what we needed after a hectic couple of weeks. Both massage and facial felt blissful. It was lovely and quiet. Service was great.

My friend and I just had an amazing massage.I bought my friend a pregnancy massage as a gift and I had a lymphatic drainage massage.I booked and payed online a week before. Everything went through great.When we arrived today they were expecting us and took us right in and made us comfortable.Both masseuses we’re very good and made sure to ask if we were comfortable regularly through the massage. Both had great technique. They heated the room to make sure we didn’t get cold as it was a cold day today.The place is very clean. It’s opened recently so everything is new. Plush beds, towels, sofa. Beautiful decor. Very, very nice.My friend and I will definitely book again.

Amazing service. Got a massage with a friend and couldn’t of been happier. The ladies are lovely and made us feel so comfortable. Would definitely recommend to other people and wouls go back!

I choose a couple massage online. It is simply fill in my time and massage type then got a helpful massage to relief my back tight. The store oil is very nice quilty. My body skin moisture after massage. The equipments and disgned coulor is good.

Do not go here.Experience is so bad that I want to give you a 0 but that is not possible, so I give you a 1.They took payment and didn't send me a confirmation email. When I called to ensure it was confirmed, they said they didn't have the staff at the spa that I had booked even though the website said it was available. I wouldn't have found this out if I did not call them.Was yelled at on the phone and told to call their manager. When I called their manager, I was not provided with a solution at all. I cancelled the appointment (one week prior to booking) and the lady confirmed this. She then sent me a text saying that my booking was still proceeding? Have not received a refund at all, they told me to go directly to paypal.The customer service is poor, have not received one phone call (I've had to call them every time) or email with any explanation, I've only received short text messages that do not explain or assist in anyway.I assumed this would be a professional experience, however this is super disappointing.Would not recommend.
