9-30 this morning two ( 2 ) check outs open the express lane is closed and people lining up with full trolleys I only had four items so I left and went to Woolworths where the fast lane is open ALL the time this is not the first time this has happened never going back to Coles racecourse

Good range of goods, esp in the fresh department. Prices have increased, and some items reduced. Notice an increase in home brand however this is happening everywhere. Busy store if that's your thing.

So they've put more self serve checkouts in which they have taken one away from the service desk!! The service desk was, atrocious before now it's even worse with only one checkout operating!! Why have any checkouts at all! Waiting at that desk for someone for 15 or more minutes is totally ridiculous

Very good store layout and staff. Very tidy store. The carpark needs better pedestrian access onsite and entering and exiting the site
