How can I give more than 1 Star when they don't even have the courtesy to reply to an enquiry (via Contact form)? I sent in a polite, descriptive and easy to understand message about my pump needs and asked if there was a pump available to suit that requirement. After 4 days of waiting, nothing. Checked Spam, Trash and Promotions Inboxes. Either the website Contact form is not connected (unlikely), they missed it among the hundreds of other emails, or they don't deem my message as important enough to reply to. Either way, it's unprofessional and not good enough.

The pressure pump cover was delivered very quickly and was as advertised. Marion was a 'joy' to deal with - even checking that the delivery address was correct. I was advised every step of the way what was happening. The whole process was completed in 4 business days that included delivery to me in Bundaberg. Thank you for such prompt and efficient service.

Unfortunatley my experience does not measure up to Strongman's usual reputation. Puchased an airline kit described as:'The SWL Airline Kit is an airline that has an air valve and pressure gauge at the top of the bore and the other end of the airline is at the pump taped to the poly pipe'. Received just the airline. Was told this single item was the 'kit'. Paid over $200 (for what I thought was complete kit) when comeptitor quote for just the airline was $80. Received no offer to try and rectify.Not convinced this is good customer serviceSteve
