It’s good to know all the staff can sing along to the lyrics of the music they play, because they can’t do much else. When asked about the status of my order I was told “oh it takes a while” quite rudely, and when I re-enquired 10 minutes later they laughed about how burnt it would be and made another one in 2 minutes.

Rolls here are terrible. They were stale. Said something when I bought bread from the supermarket instead and was told that the bakery doesn't bake the bread. They buy and freeze them. Very disappointed. I kind of wish I took them back for an $8 refund. They should really advise people that the rolls have been frozen.

This is a fab little bakery in the heart of the Thredbo village. We had breakfast here on two occasions and it was well worth it. They were Covid safe and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The chef even brought out the food to our table that we were sitting at outside. The ambience sitting outside in the village was just lovely. They had a good breakfast variety and cakes and pies etc. highly recommend if you are holidaying in Thredbo or traveling through.

3 days in Thredbo and never get tired of ordering salad roll with egg and avocado for lunch after a smash ride. Large servings and the price is right for a tight budget and staff are friendly:)

We ordered 2 bacon and egg rolls. We got the bacon, but not the egg ....presented vertically in a paper bag, the egg had run out into the bottom of the bag. The rolls were the awful sweet doughy burger rollsAll at extortionate prices.Coffee was. very average too.

Great bakery, staff were kind, food was really yummy. It was off season but they were still packed out. A good place to sit outside and enjoy the mountainous scene.

Terrible! The bacon and egg roll was over cooked. They don’t even use their own bread they make. It’s that cheap supermarket stuff. Every part of our order was wrong when we received it. Do not go here.

Great BLT roll and the lady working there was super friendly! Prices were reasonable for this area too.
