Ace Dog Clipping & Grooming

My mum always takes my dog to this place. With new owners my dog got an ear infection after one of his appointments. We ended up having to pay $696 for our dog's ear surgery. Will definitely be telling my family to not take my dog there ANYMORE!!!

Frances, Jess, Kiran and the whole crew at Ace Dog Grooming are great!!My dogs HATE baths and aren't fans of getting groomed either - but thanks to Ace Dog Grooming they aren't too fussed now days (they actually walk into the groomers instead of pulling away).We have a large girl who has skin issues, a little boy with an bad attitude, and a little girl who can be quite timid, and they have catered to all their different needs without any fuss.Would highly recommend Ace Dog Grooming!

Jess and the girls are great! Our dogs were scared of their last groomer. After taking them to Ace dog grooming they don't mind going to get groomed - and they actually get out of the car when we pull up! Also nice to deal with people who are down to earth.We have both a small and big dog.

Very disappointed with my two girls' grooms. Told they were really good, but the groom was terrible. Very patchy on both of them. And to top it off they got fleas too. Won't be returning

I have been taking my dog here for a while now and have clearly expressed that I didn't want his lashes cut, the instructions were on his card and I also wrote a note. Twice now they have cut his lashes and all I received was a sorry and $ 5 dollar discount.I am very disappointed. I will NOT be returning

When I dropped my dog off, she was terrified and naturally ran to me. The groomer then attempted to restrain her by grabbing her hind leg as she attempted to run. When I asked the groomer to not grab her leg because the dog doesn't like it, the groomer proceeded to refute, arguing that she was holding her by the waist. I was right there and saw what you did. I don't tolerate lies and least of all mistreatment of defenceless animals. Furthermore, I dropped my dog off at 11am and was asked to pick her up FOUR HOURS LATER at 3pm. Upon picking her up, I was requested to pay without even having seen my dog. While the cut was cute, anal glands were verbally requested and not followed through with because it was not written down". Teeth were not cleaned although verbally requested

Was great but new owner rude! Myself and my mum have been going there for years. Won't be going back after last cut shocking no skills clipping and no skills in customer service.

I used to work for jess and Frances and I can honestly say I had the best experience there, the both taught me so much and I couldn't be more thankful !The love Frances has for the job and all the dogs that come through is amazing !She takes pride in all of her work and over all is an awesome person/groomer.I'd trust her with my dogs for sure !
