To Manager, my partner and I have been coming to buger haus for 4years and absolutely love your food and environment. A couple of weeks ago we went in as usual and was told that the cash register wasn't working so could only pay by eftpos. We went passed the other day again now its eftpos only. We arent happy about that we don't have an option of paying CASH. We and others don't like eftpos so now we and friends can't come. So sorry you have LOST ALOT OF CUSTOMERS. Very Sad.CheersMarcela.It would be nice if you reversed the issue or give me some feedback.

Burgers are excellent. Tasty and wonderful with great flavour combinations. Shakes are great for a treat and keep an eye out for their specials. Staff are friendly and atmosphere is relaxed. Great for a catch up with friends.Even better than their North Hobart location. Definetely better if want to bring kids. Spacious dining area with the same great burgers.

Good burgers and amazing thick beer battered chips. We ordered their Summer Loving and Electric Blue, both tasted decent. The thick beer battered chips are must have while onion rings are on the average side. Also if you order via their QR code, combos are available. Staffs are very friendly. Overall a great experience.

Greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Drinks were brought out super quick. Told it would be 20 mins for food as it was really busy, however, they forgot our order ☹️Asked about it after 30 mins and they 'quickly' got onto it and we could finally eat after 40 mins. Burgers were delicious, gluten free buns were great, salads were tasty, and got a free drink and an apology which was appreciated

Normally Kids and myself leave no leftovers , from very dry buns to rubbery patties $76 wasted !Should not need to go to Management to complain ! This is my 2nd and last time at this place. Pity the food does not compliment the awesome lady serving .Onion rings tasted like batter .Very disappointing !!!

A group of us went to Burger Haus last night for dinner. It wasn't our first time, and definitely won't be our last. The service was exemplary to say the least. Shinead (possibly the store manager)? was excellent, friendly & professional, better than you would find at a fine dining restaurant. Shared a few laughs with us also. We all enjoyed our burgers, and I enjoyed my salad. The staff also checked we were happy with our meals, which were supplied well before the ETA. I cannot recommend higher.

Went for lunch with mates on Saturday, was served by this young lady with attitude. As we entered couldn’t see any wait staff. Then as we went to sit on the table a young waitress came and threw the menu on the table and just left without saying anything. We were shocked to see the service from what we had heard one of the best burgers in town. Burgers were not too bad. Buns were a bit more crispy and patty was a bit dry. Onion rings were pretty average nothing really fancy. Overall burgers were valued a bit more than what it was worth. Btw I have went to north hobart branch and can say it’s far better than eastlands. Definitely not coming back to Eastlands again.

Loved the Burger Haus in North Hobart so I had to try the one at Rosny Park. One thing they do well is consistency. Everything is spot on all the time!!

Great food. The burgers were very good, we had both beef and chicken. We got a family meal with 4 burgers, sides, drinks & sauces. Great value for money. The sides were quite nice, had onion rings & which were double fried so super crunchy.Would definitely recommend for a quick bite or family meal!

Waited 45 minutes for our food, they still managed to get orders wrong. Every table that was served after us got food before us including a patron on my table who received their food 15 minutes before the rest of us, they ordered the same thing as me at the same time as me. Kitchen staff were too busy chatting to each other and focusing on Uber eats orders. My burger had cabbage instead of lettuce when they had no notices saying they may be swapped due to the floods, as well as everyone else on my table having lettuce. Wait staff were beautiful and I’m pretty sure they’re the reason we ended up with our food as they were pointing at the order slips while looking over at us rather panicked. Save yourself the money and time and walk across the road to mr burger.
