Unethical Realestate Agents, will use bully tactics for own financial benefit. Evicted us without landlords consent when we asked to negotiate for periodic contract. Can only assume they had a financial motivation for securing fixed term contract. Landlord lost 1 month rent on top of $25 weekly rent reduction. Realestate Agency lost the landlord as a client when the truth came out, absolute stupidity, not one of the three parties benefited from this unethical behavior!!

Unprofessional, money hungry, creates own rules not in legislation or contract. Agree with previous comments and stories as I have experienced the same. Pushy, aweful communication, zero customer service to tenants who pays them to keep their business going. Please AVOID ANY PROPERTIES MANAGED BY BURWOOD PARTNERS REAL ESTATE AGENTS- very sketchy. Extremely NOT recommending them to any property investors. I will not trust them with my property rentals. Property investors, renters and rentvestor please stay AWAY from these guys.

Chaotic even just to organise an inspection.. told to contact someone else then someone else etcthe agent that attended didn’t know anything about the property we were looking to rentAnd all the positive reviews on here are clearly fake once you realise they’re identical but with totally made up names on their website.Sketchy

Please do not use this agency, otherwise you will regret. Firstly, all agents are very unprofessional. Secondly, their management is chaotic. Sometimes is A responsible for your case, sometimes is B. So you always need to repeat issues. Thirdly, they did not respect you at all. Finally, they always deduct the bond for cleaning issue and bug issue. IT IS A TERRIBLE REAL ESTATE AGENT.

They are very unprofessional real estate agency. always talk with you sweetly but in real never care about their tenant. i moved out from their property after cleaning the property with a profession cleaner but they email me and told me to go again as the owner find out few issues. even after solving those issues the owner claim few new issues to rip me off from my bond and when i asked them to provide me with the invoices that the owner is charging me from my bond. they told me that the price would be more if the owner provide me invoice. how unprofessional way they can deal with it.

I ended up having to pay for the repair of the toilet in my apartment. The owner did not like the price the building manager (to whom they gave the work) charged for the repair and sent them back to reverse their repair work so they could send in someone cheaper - and this during a COVID lockdown (Delta variant). The repair work was only $200 so I just paid it. In addition, after I moved out, they held on to my bond while trying to get me to pay for normal wear and tear. I refused and the Bond Board refunded 100% of my bond after I complained. Oh, and of course, when I gave notice they kept telling me to get the carpets steam cleaned which is illegal in NSW. As it is I paid a professional cleaner $450 to make the place spotless, but that was not good enough for them. BTW - I myself own investment properties and I do not show my 5 tenants this type of disrespect. As a landlord I recommend you hire a better agency. As a tenant, try to find another place not managed by these guys.

Rented with them. They were good at first when David was our PM. Have not heard from David since but they are now the sketchiest agents we've ever dealt with. Unprofessional, money-hungry, completely focussed on pleasing owners.Exhibit A: their version of condition report was so fake it's clear they never inspected the property after previous tenants left. They ignored all our points about defects, unclean areas, and maintenance needs (more on this later)Exhibit B: arranges a routine inspection; doesn't show up without explanation.Exhibit C. RELENTLESSLY pushing us for rental inspections more than 2 weeks before our end date; threatened us by saying 'it's a rule of renting that inspections must be held at least 2 weeks prior to exit'. Confronted them about this 'rule' and they had nothing useful to say. C1 - they arranged an inspection with a prospective tenant BEFORE confirming with us; when we told them 3hrs in advance that we won't be home, they didn't cancel and tried pushing ahead with it...apparently the poor soul showed up and they couldn't open the place. C2 - how do I know about the poor soul showing up to no avail? Because the agent tried to use this embarrassing event as leverage to pressure us for a subsequent inspection, and when we told them we won't be home due to work they tried convincing us to LEAVE OUR DOOR UNLOCKED for them.Exhibit D. the above could've been avoided had they realised they actually have a spare key to the property - which they did not know...Exhibit E. didn't even know where the apartment was when bringing a group up for inspection...walked right past it...Exhibit F. upon our departure, they manage to disappoint us still with reference to ex.A - they attempted to accuse us of said defects, unclean areas, and maintenance needs without even bothering to look through their own records first. Sent us a series of post-exit photos showing defects that match up with our ingoing photos from a year ago, and of course they did not realise. After we wasted our time doing their job for them and re-sending them records they should already have, they did not reply us and our bond came back in full after 2 weeks so at least they were sensible enough to play spot the difference.TL;DR avoid at all cost if you're a: renter, owner, or even someone working in the realestate industry.

BE CAREFUL if you enter into an agreement with this agency. They took our deposit, bond and signed lease and then decided they were within their rights to increase the requested rent by $400 per week and said either we agree or they will not counter sign the agreement. Imagine how they manage their properties.

David is friendly and been servicing the area for many years. Non big corporate approach! David Genuinely cares for his clients. Highly recommended!
