Leading Teams

Leading Teams has been an amazing support for our organisation. The company goes above and beyond and has helped us through some extremely challenging cultural improvement pieces. Our facilitator is professional, accessible and approachable. She gives sage advice while challenging us to be our best selves. Our organisation has been made all the better for the support Leading Teams provides. We strongly endorse Leading Teams for leadership coaching and encourage other organisations out there to reach out to this organisation for help creating a high performing culture.

Ellie delivered a component of the Leading Teams training (Own Your Own Personal Trademark) to a group of community ambassadors for our charity - Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation - to support them to feel confident and capable in leading advocacy and/or fundraising at any and all levels to drive better survivability outcomes for women and girls facing an ovarian cancer diagnosis. The group thoroughly enjoyed the session and it was wonderful to see them put it immediately to use when later filming some web/social content - reminding themselves to keep the self talk positive, own their personal stories and feel confident to share as much of them as they felt suitable, despite some nerves in front of camera.Ellie is a wonderful facilitator - relatable, fun and insightful. We're really grateful to have hers and Leading Teams' support to deliver some personal/professional development to these volunteer ambassadors.
