We have used these guys a couple of times, experience was the same each time. Ashley was lovely to deal with in the initial stages of contact and throughout the process and the carpet laying team were professional and did a great job. I definitely recommend :)

I'm going to start this by saying that I hate leaving bad reviews. I very rarely do; but unfortunately, I couldn't not post this.The experience started off well. We went floor shopping and were blown away at Tony's professionalism. We left saying even if they're a little bit more expensive

Re_ TDF's reply to my last review.1. We didn't change our mind after you screwed the floors, your men blocked the door and put screws in the floors despite our objection and run away. Totally rude and dishonest. That's the reason why we wrote the last complaint. And is also why we don't want these pack come near our home ever again!2. As for the spots my wife asked to exchange, we asked your boys not to put floors with scar at the room entrance. When I mention this to Tony, Tony said and I quote: That is your part of story!" without any hesitation

I had a great experience getting my floors replaced by Tony and his team. I came to them at the recommendation of a close friend and it was great to do business with them. The instore staff were very polite, honest and answered my questions quickly. When it came to the installation, it was fast and looks great! I'm very pleased with the outcome and would recommend the team at TDF to anyone looking to get some flooring done.
