I was super impressed with the outstanding service that was provided by Jake. He arrived promptly to the appointment time that we had scheduled to get my water heater fixed. Jake was very knowledgeable, diligent & friendly throughout the whole appointment. He explained everything clearly to me & always made sure that I understood what he was saying. He provided me with such high-quality service compared to other companies that I have used in the past. I cannot speak more highly of this individual & will be recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you again Jake, you were amazing!

I was charged $700 for a second person to come with a camera to see the pipe, but I didn't receive any report on the pipes other than there are roots in there" and pull out a small clump of them. The second man basically did nothing but turn up so they could charge $700 extra. First guy dug up the drain (fine)

Called and paid $141 call out fee for a plumber to come and assess my faulty hot water heater. Plumber came the following day, didn't even really look at the water heater, just damaged the clear 'OK Monitor' viewing window (now no longer sealed off from the elements), said it was too old and the whole unit had to be replaced. Quoted a couple thousand more than the competition (on-top of the original call out fee). Insanely priced!! I actually fixed the unit myself by googling Rheem owner troubleshooting. Ridiculous that the qualified plumber getting paid to be there, couldn't even try that. I think they're just relying on making easy money with the call out fee, doing nothing and hoping someone falls for paying the astronomical quote. Avoid if you don't want to be completely ripped off!

Dont use these guysPaid $141 for a call out fee and then they charged me $639 to replace a set of shower taps that i supplied. He was on the job for about 40 minutes. Thats $780 total.They are a massive rip off

What a joke. This company makes its money by charging $145 just to come out and quote you on a simple clean job. Then the quotes given for a clean are almost as much as a new unit. They dont want to work on your systems, they just want to go around ripping people off for easy cash. They need to be reported

These guys are rip offs, firstly the fee of $141 for just a quote. The technician had missed the first booking and rescheduled a week later to only miss that appointment and come late.When he came he left in under 15 mins.The quote was $13,000 when other quotes we have had are considerably lower.the service was poor and the quote was very inflated.
