Worst customer service experience i purchased Toyota camry from these guys (yuri) and he said he will give the duplicate keys for my car but it has been 3 years i am following up with these guys !!!NO RESPONSEI have to go all the way to check my keys at their store and still no responseNever go their these people gave me nightmare !!And if these people are reading this review they should definitely get back to me !So SADDDD don’t know how to run business

Probably one of the worst car buying experience I’ve had. Horrible customer service, the sellers keep saying to me ‘if it’s exceeds you budget, don’t test drive it’, basically bullying us just because we test drove the car even it exceeds our budget. Also, they charge $2000 to regesitrate the car, the whole process usually only cost less than $1000. I feel humiliated and offended. I would not recommend to buy cars at the place.

Very good experience, they took our tight budget into consideration and really helped us out with a very reliable car that drives like a dream for our impending family. No problems with wanting to test drive the cars beforehand. Yury was very professional and helpful. Would reccomend to anyone who is wanting a good reliable vehicle. We have had our car almost a year now and no issues with it. Thankyou for all you have done!

After a very long winded experience with our finance company making us jump through a ridiculous amount of hoops, these guys were very patient and understanding. On recent purchase of our vehicle we were very happy with the customer service we received from all at Braeside Motor Group. Alex and Yuri were effficient, friendly, very helpful and very prompt in all processes required in hand over of the vehicle, and ensured we were satisfied with the purchase. What a wonderful experience. Yuri made buying a car ( Kia Centro 2017 with low kms ) easy and straightforward. He also helped with getting a RWC and rego, as we went with him to Vic Roads and paid, he also organized for us to choose are Rego plates. I have been driving the car for just over 1 week and it seems to drive well and everything works well, car will be serviced on Tuesday to keep the last 3 1/2 years left on the new car warranty, which was 7 years.. I bought this car for my mother and she is really happy with it. I highly recommend Braeside Motor Group for a hassle free purchase. I will be telling my Daughter and her boyfriend who are both looking to purchase cars to call Yuri to see if he has the cars they are looking for. He even gave us some new floor mats for free and attached the number plates to the car. Thank you Yuri

I enquired about buying a car from Braeside Motor Group through carsales.I spoke to Charlie, made an appointment to drive to Dingley to see see it. Charlie knew I was coming then when I arrived he laughs and says the car was just sold. I wasted my time driving all the way there from the city. I guess an appointment doesn't mean anything to him. He didn’t even bother to call me AS A COURTESY to tell me he had sold the car.Don’t bother with these guys.Go somewhere better.

I bought my first car from here. The team was super helpful both on the phone and in store. They helped me chose the right car for me and organised everything which made it so much less stressful for me. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a reliable dealer!
