Very Poor customer service..Came in and provided my required eyeglasses and basically the responnse I got was go look for it your self..Plus I am a Brown skinned person and there were other client in the store that were given a better service.."

Arrogant rude service by staff, could be manager. Glasses purchased fell apart within days. Lenses scratched after only few months of wear. I’ve worn glasses for years and NEVER had thousands of scratches over the lens. I was told that I didn’t clean them properly. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO OPSM!These glasses were well over $1000!

The staff here are amazing, the second I entered the store I was greated by a gentleman who remembered my name from 3 years ago, the last time I visited. AMAZING! once they had my details I barely had time to sit down before I was welcomed in by an optometrist so outgoing and hilarious I thought I was at a comedy festival, I think his name is Wei. So not only are the staff brilliant, but their prices are almost impossible to beat, and if you think Bailey Nelson's prices are comparable, they maybe, but it's like getting a Ferrari for cheap, if that cheap Ferrari was a Volvo, you get the picture. So do yourself a favour and go in and see the crew at Palmerston OPSM.

I don't know how anyone could rate this opsm store abivec1. I have been there 3 times for adjustment and service was just terrible by a short hair woman with black hair. Adjustment still not right so I'm going to casuraina tomortow.
