$7 for small load to wash and $7 for 35 minutes to dry is very expensive. The main reason for the bad review is that we put $20 in the change machine but nothing came out. We rang the mobile number listed for problems and were told to use a certain machine that could be started remotely. After a lot of messing around the washer started and we had to call back when finished for the dryer. We called back and had to use one of the two dryers that could be started remotely. One was out of order and on the first two attempts they couldn't get the dryer started. Third attempt and it started, clothes now drying, great! Now we have to text through our bank details to be reimbursed for the other $6. The lady on the phone was actually quite helpful but we still wasted a lot of time and phone calls and we are in a hurry.

Nothing wrong with the place but the washing machine never clean, it a waste of money.

Convenient, clean, great big machines. Washers take 4 basket loads of washing and dryers take 3. Very reasonable pricing.

Online payment for machines is ok. But card payments would be easier if they had it.

Good clean facilities, easy access, parking pretty good. Coin change machine available as dryers are cash (2 and 1's) only. Credit card charge option available for the washing machines.

Good machines that were clean and everything worked well. The app to use the machines was super easy and having the timer was awesome, could walk away and do something else and get an alert when its done. Was quiet the day I went in and had no issues getting a washer and dryer straight after each load was done.

Cost more than expected, but I don’t usually use laundromats. Easy to use, machines were in good working order, and you can pay in cash or card.Expect to pay around $25 if you have a large load of washing and drying.
