I first met Bruce on the Caloundra networking circuit about three years ago where we quickly established rapport. He was easy to talk to, explained things simply and certainly liked his rugby! I then met Marina a short time after, also through networking. I called Sargent Baldwin Lawyers urgently needing someone to look over a Lease contract for our Industrial property. Bruce was professional and responsive and had the information I needed in the contract that safe guarded my company back to me within the hour of sending him the contract. I then had a few questions and nothing was a problem returning my emails instantly. I felt so relieved and at ease after communications with Bruce. What SERVICE !!! He is extremely knowledgeable, and he has an approachable demeanour that makes our dealings with him pleasant and lets us feel at ease around him. As far as lawyers go, we won't be seeing anyone outside of Sargent Baldwin, and we can't speak highly enough of the entire staff!

During the process Bruce telephoned me and advised that the job was simpler than first thought and that he wanted to reduce the quoted fee by a whopping 43%.
