Great experience, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The pool is great if you want to get some laps in before or after work, they have classes that run through the week so keep an eye out for those which are fun water exercises and activities. The change rooms are great, the showers are updated and great pressure.

me and my friend went there and had a lovely swim all thought we accidentally forgot our towels and a lovely lady at the desk said we could wait to get our towels when we got out towels and went back inside to get out stuff to get changed one staff member was so awfully rude and did all these hand signals that meant really rude things. great place some nice staff and rude ones so

Bass Coast Aquatic and Leisure Centre
It has a relaxed atmosphere here, helpful and nice staff. It hasn't been crowded so far, which is great. The pool area is well ventilated meaning, the chlorine is not overpowering the nostrils, which is real nice, and the water temperature is perfect.

Want 100$ straight for joining up for 3 weeks leading to Christmas. Katey or whatever her name is and the front desk girl had no idea what they were talking about, clearly has too many customers and can’t neglect anymore. Extremely poor professional communication. Very disappointing. Yes I’m disappointed when I wrote this review.

We absolutely love the pool here and they have the best lifeguards. Cheap coffee and gyma always got people in it. Swimming lessons and a small range of clothing for sale. Always a great place to waste a few hrs.
