Lovely house spacious and comfortable for big families, short distance from the beach well equipped kitchen.Outdoor area needs attention hand rail was in bad shape wooden palins loose and rusty nails showing which made it dangerous for our 3 and 2 yo, other than that the place was fantastic.

We loved our stay at Sandy Toes Beach House. It had everything we needed and more. Bed was comfy and the kitchen and bathroom was clean and tidy. Our dog, a Dalmation, loved the back yard with fences high enough that he couldn't jump over so we felt very safe to leave him out there. It was a short 2 minute walk to the beach and the neighbourhood was lovely. We would definitely book this place again.

A very lovely house with big fenced back yard for dogs and young kids to run and play. Very close to Callala beach and only 5 mins drive to Callala bay to shop! The house was well-equipped and clean. It was so easy to communicate with the host, Peter! He was super fast! We had a really nice holiday and would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area! Thanks again, Peter!

We had a great time, and every detail was paid attention to, we practically didn't need anything but food.. a 2min walk from the beach and a nice small reserve to ride your bike in the street behind you.. there were plenty of rooms.. the children had a weekend to remember. Will come back again

We had a wonderful 5 day stay. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The beach is by far one of the most beautiful we've seen and is only a couple of minutes walk. We cant wait to return to Sandy Toes, highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay but it definitely doesn't look like the photos, they have removed certain decor and furnishings around the house. After leaving the place almost spotless the owner has tried to charge me $300 for not cleaning a BBQ, leaving dishes behind (I watched my partner do the dishes so that's a lie)accused me of smoking in his house, and says that it's an extra fee if all the beds are slept in due to washing fees, (all sheets should be washed regardless) it makes me wonder why even have house keepers if they won't do the dishes (that were clean) and won't clean a barbecue that was cooked on once or chuck on an extra load in the washing machine. My stay was great but the extremely rude message requesting $300 due to damages" has made me very upset after I paid for something that was falsely advertised also he has neighbours who watch the house and give him feedback on what's happening there."

Comfortable, clean and 10 min to a sensational beach. Large yard for the kelpie to run. Undercover table and bbq area out back. Heaps of heaters for cold nights. Tv antennae mucked up so could only watch some channels. Although they did have movies on a hard drive.Beds firm. Kitchen well equipped. And not forgetting the fire pit out back. Had 3 fires and wood everywhere around the forests nearby.Overall probably a 3.5 out of 5 for newness and comfort.
