Had a great experience with Aussie Undercover. They were very attentive to the requirements that we had and worked with me to get a cover setup that would work for us. The delivery was prompt and well packaged. The instructions with the cover were great. Our landscaper was easily able to set up the in ground concrete pit and then the installation went well. We are very happy with the out of sight pool cover that we achieved. The system that enables tiling over the lid makes a very discrete cover.

The kit we received was complete and the instructions clear. Easy build and set up. Motor and roller worked first try no major dramas at all. One small drama with the gas struts for the lids - holding them open all the time, but Aussie Undercover immediately sent us replacement struts that fixed the problem.Heartily recommend Aussie Undercover.

We bought the under pool cover system and the pool cover from Aussie. The system works perfectly, have been using it for 3 months now. I inherited a pool with a very unusual pool cover arrangement whereby it was enclosed behind a wall making it very difficult to use.
