Pharmacist very rude and argumentative. Injected herself into a conversation that she wasn't involved in. Beware!

If I could give a zero I would. Constantly price checking and taking photos of the shelf price as the check out price is ALWAYS higher. Please be alert when shopping here and that you’ve been charged the correct price. When I questioned the shelf price at the counter… the staff member just shrugged. Not shopping there anymore. Much better prices elsewhere and excellent service at a pharmacy down the road from Lawnton

wish i could give a 0. LOST my script. Purchased vital medication there 2 months prior and they said there was absolutely no record of anything, showed them the box with the label THEY printed and signed and how it depicted 3 x more repeats. showed the tax receipt with the script number and pharmacists signature and they did absolutely nothing to help. claimed they don’t hold scripts, even though i was never given one back. wish i looked at reviews before ever coming here. waste of money, and time as now having to book and pay for another Dr appointment to have the same script done that i JUST had done. Terrible service and unlawful to “lose” a private piece of health information.

Wait times are very long. Prescription collection should be a priority but instead I was ignored for at least 5-10 minutes without an acknowledgment from staff saying they will be there in a moment. I was pushed to the side as they served another customer as they had a buzzer whereas I dropped my script off and did other errands for 30mins to give them plenty of time to do a simple script, still after this they let me wait while one lady only serving script in customers and three other staff just in the dispensary. I was only finally served as one of their buzzers were going off and they thought it was mine.

Great service. Always a pleasure shopping here.

The staff are lovely. Long waits for scripts to be filled but the poor things are under-staffed I believe. Will always be my go to" ☺️"

I’ve given 3 stars only due to the convenience and location of this store, and staff usually are really nice and helpful.I’ve been a good customer for years to this store, collecting click and collects often, on this occasion I had no ID, fair enough but I had emails and cards with my name, my phone and still was questioned and treated as a thief, the questions asked to ID me were rediculous, email address, phone number, and what was in order, all to which if I was a thief would have as all this info is on email they scanned from my phone to bring all the info up on their screen, so pointless for all the chaos of having to call manager down to ID me. Took forever and for what reason. Pick up yr security or don’t bother!

My mum and I love to go to the Chemist warehouse lawnton the staff are always happy to help they have everything you need. Great prices and products for everyone I would recommend to all my friends and family

I have been a regular customer here for years. There is one particular staff member (older woman) who is always so rude to me. After my experience with her today, completely belittling me infront of other customers, i left in tears and i will never return. I honestly can not comprehend what goes through her head to think it's ever okay to talk to people the way she did to me today. I gave 2 stars because all of the other employees are wonderful.
