2 weeks ago, I got my 3 bedroom bond cleaning done.I've got 100% of my bond back with no drama.Reliable service with reasonable price.

I used this company for a bond clean, and it was the worst cleaning job I have ever seen. The skirting boards were not even dusted, the floor was still dirty, there was dirt/product left all over the kitchen sink, obvious spots on walls were not cleaned. When Sam came back to clean these items again, it was still not good enough. I had to pay someone else to complete the bond clean because the quality was so poor. They returned some money to cover the cost of the new cleaners, but the headache to get it done was not worth the trouble. I had previously used this company about 3 years ago, and they were great. However, I have since found out there are new owners. Do not use this company!

We had our one bedroom apartment and carpet cleaned and by Gabriel and his coworker Joseph. They arrived on time, had all their equipment, and were friendly. They followed instructions, explained what they were doing and worked hard and cleaned everything very well. For two cleaners working for 2 hours we are very happy with their work and will use them again. If you're moving in or out of an apartment, we highly recommend them to you, and you'll have peace of mind knowing they'll do a good job.

I kindly suggest never try this cleaner. They charged us $750 for a terrible bond clean not including furniture and appliances clean at all.The greedy Korean guy Sam even tried to induce me to pay $100 for only clean a fridge!!!! It finally took just 15 min to clean it by ourselves. If he is suggested by a Chinese agent, don’t choose it! That’s their cooperation to get more money from you.He presents to be a cleaning team, actually only the Korean guy. I suppose all of the positive comments here are from their cheating process.

Returned to fix - up Bond Clean.Extremely disappointed with the quality of service. Would not clean ceilings or blinds, saying if their product affects the paint or quality of blinds they are liable to replace them. Magic eraser sponges would have worked on the ceilings, blinds and marks on walls. Also would not clean walls or ceiling inside double lock up garage. Were argumentative with me about my requests and not willing to PROPERLY clean the list of things I had requested. Very poor service. Would not recommend!!

Very friendly and helpful. Real Estate agency couldn't find the keys on their first attempt to access the property, so they had to go back the next day and try again. Will definitely get repeat business from me.
