Lily is an excellent physio! She is great with diagnosing the root cause of pain and treating it effectively. I saw Lily with terrible neck and shoulder problems and feel so much better after a few sessions! Would highly recommend Lily if you are looking for a physio!

Lily’s just brilliant. I injured my back about 2 months ago and went to see her and she immediately started to work away at my tightness and problem areas to assist with a faster recovery, furthermore she also provided me with a range of exercises to practice to ensure the fastest possible recovery time. She genuinely cares about everyone, is practical and efficient!
