Christmas Eve we were driving to Canberra and suddenly our engine light came on, never a good sign. Stopped by to see if they could give us a quick diagnostic. Despite being the last day of the year and super busy they managed to see us and run two diagnostics. The problem turned out to be minor and they got us back on our wheels within an hour. Excellent staff and service!

Absolute rubbish service. Dropped my car off at 1.30pm for some parts to be fitted which was booked for 2pm. Told them at that stage that I was in a hurry and was told it would only take half a hour. Came back at 3pm and my car still had not even been touched. Absolutely furious. They gave every excuse under the sun but there is no excuse if they couldn’t even be bothered to call and say they were running behind. Drove an hour and half each way for nothing. Disgusting customer service.

I purchased my vehicle with 2,600kms from Chadstone Ford (amazing service) in Victoria (my home state before relocating to Jindabyne) my first stop was to Alpine Motor Group as I hit 3,200kms I took my vehicle in for 3,000km piece of mind service along with repairs to ill-fitted wheel flares (fitted at Ford Chadstone, dealer of purchase). Alpine Motor Group was busy and had me come back three weeks later. In that three weeks I racked up another 3,600kms from camping trips and bike racing events. I left my vehicle with them for it's service and repair which was all quoted as free for first service and for re-fit of dodgy flare fitting but upon collection of the vehicle they had not touched the flares, telling me to take it elsewhere to get fixed and charged me $60 for the service as I had done over 5,000kms. They had the option to call and explain this before completing the work, instead they did not, refused a refund and told me I should have somehow known that I would be charged after I hit 5,000kms. In doing only half the work, and quoting free service then charging without warning, along with the poor excuses given by Tim Caldwell, I would give zero starts but 1 is unfortunately the lowest option. Poor form, I highly recommend Chadstone Ford though, they are amazing and have offered to pay for wheel flare re-fit since the beginning.

Friendly, genuine team that go above and beyond for every customer without the pushy sales pitch. Really helpful with my finance too. Will go out of their way for you, Steve even personally delivered a few of my friends cars to Sydney for their convenience. Couldn’t ask for much more when making such an important purchase.
