Westfund Health Insurance

I have been with Westfund for a year and I have an excess fee of $750. I always wondered why it was so high to only be told that I can reduce it but have to wait another 12 months before I can use to lower excess fee. I asked why was I not told and because I went through compare the market they were only allowed to give me that excess and I was not told that I could get a lower excess fee. Once I informed that I would be changing over all I got was sorry about that is there anything else I can help you with ? like WOW .. I'm definitely changing and I have friends and family who are with westfund and I will be telling them this and getting them to change over.

The transition is pretty bad. I moved to a different health fund and they never sent the clearance of certificate or a follow up email to me
