Every aspect of our experience with Andersens was exceptional. Customer service, advice and follow up was amazing. Installation was stress free, the boys were friendly and careful. Our carpet was laid beautifully. We love the carpet. Unbeatable for quality and price. Would absolutely recommend.

Very happy with our new carpet, Eryn did a great job in helping us find a quality carpet within our budget. Install team were booked for 7am and they arrived at 7am, install was neat and tidy and finished within 4 hours of arriving. Great experience, Thanks again.

Melissa was so friendly and professional and provided great advice considering the restraints tgat we were working under. The installer did a fantastic job and the whole result is perfect and I am so very happy. I'd recommend Melissa to anyone who needs flooring.

We received wonderful service! Starting from the free quote & measure with some expert guidance selecting carpet. I popped into the showroom a couple of weeks later to view the carpet range in larger samples and had a very helpful experience there too. Then the installer was fabulous, on time, very friendly and did a great job :) We are loving our new carpeted rooms.

Jordan and his team had done an amazing job with our carpet flooring that was beyond our expectations and more. They had taken time to ensure that the job is professionally completed even though they had another job to go. I am very impressed with the finished flooring which is meticulously completed.
