HIZERO Brisbane

The staff at the Brisbane Hizero store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took my Hizero there for a service and was so happy with the outcome. I’d had a small issue with my machine which they fixed and then they also upgraded other parts of my machine so it is working better than ever. They were easy to deal with regarding the service and covered everything under warranty. The machine itself is well worth the money - easy to use and maintain and my floors always look great. I use it multiple times a day after my children eat to pick up all the crumbs and food they drop around the table. I also use it for my big weekly clean and it’s halved the time I spend on the floors since I’m vacuuming and mopping at the same time. Highly recommend.

Amazing product! I often refer to the hizero as life changing! Mum of 2 boys I could not survive without it (or my floors could not) also after service is exceptional.

Only received yesterday, have used twice and so far so good! I was sceptical at first reading mixed reviews but maybe people are expecting more than it’s supposed to do? Or maybe just user error but I’m loving it…and my clean floors! I watched about 5 different YouTube videos on it to make sure I do everything correct from setting up to using it to cleaning it. I’m very happy with my purchase so far and it’s reassuring to know if I do have any issues, the customer service seems to be great!

The button for the waste water got jammed for our Hizero. We took it into the store front and Jason just replaced it for us, easy peasy. He is approachable, friendly and welcoming and even explained that Hizero knew it is a fault and will just replace the unit with no issues. The best bit is that we also get two years warranty again on our new unit which not many companies will offer.

I went over to the Cannon Hill store today to have my Hizero floor cleaner looked at for a service requirement. I received excellent friendly and very quick efficient service. Everything including upgrades that I did not expect were completed. Thank You very much.

Jason and the Laura Star team are incredible. They go above and beyond to support their customers. I had a small concern with my HIZERO post 6 months of purchase, I logged a query online and received a prompt response from Jason. He arranged a service ticket and I dropped it off that week. It was returned within 24 hours like new. Even helping me to my car with two small children in tow. I will continue to recommend the HIZERO to my friends and family and highly recommend the product and the team for customer service.

I recently visited the store for service on my Hizero machine due to an issue with the dirty water tank button and suction pump on the clean water tank. Jason was incredibly helpful and immediately replaced my machine with a brand new upgraded model, no questions asked.I always have a positive experience in store (and also with the online customer service team) if I ever need to visit, and I am really happy with the Hizero itself. Definitely recommend Hizero!

The staff at Hi-Zero are very welcoming and professional. They provided plenty of information & demonstrations to me when I was thinking of buying the Hi-Zero. Recently I had a small hiccup with the appliance and Jason couldn't have been more helpful in resolving the issue. He is also very knowledgable about the ins & outs of the machine and gave me some helpful tips. Would recommend the product and the Cannon Hill store staff.

I have just received the most outstanding customer service from Jason and Annie at Hizero. I rang as I had a small problem with a new waste water tank that keep slipping out. Jason identified the problem quickly over facetime and then after talking with Annie offered me a new replacement Hizero. I am thrilled and so grateful. What an amazing Company and team. Thank you. 10/10
