Poor service and terrible experience with the rental team who ignored all necessary break fix repairs around the rental property at 76 Coonara Ave. Their advice was they only represent the landlord. Unfortunately, the garage door fell on my car roof, putting a dent mark on it. The place is infested with rodents when we moved in and my car was further damanged by the rodents. Not to mention all my work equipment were damanged by the rain that leaked into the bedroom. The Property Manager basically said they have no history on the property when we moved in and requested that we informed them if we discovered any repairs / faulty. however, soon we reported any repairs, our requests were ignore for 3 years since 2020 to May 2023 when we vacated recently. The matter has been discussed with NSW Fair Trading and the Parliament to crack down on unscrupulous landlords and irresponsible agents.

Jennifer Carr and her son William Carr were a pleasure to work with. Their market knowledge was excellent and we appreciated their guidance and assistance in presenting the property for sale.
