Hay Point Hotel Motel

Our room was such a great surprise. I have been in hospitality for over 35 years in housekeeping and our room was oh so very clean. Have stayed in many a motel room and this is by far the cleanest . Well done housekeeping. Was also nice to have complementary cereal n milk.Receptionist was very friendly. The meal we had in the hotel was yummy and once again staff very friendly. Would certainly recommend Hay Point Hotel Motel.

On Sunday I went for lunch with family and friends. I ordered 300g steak and chips medium-well. When it came out it was black so I took it back and said to the older lady that was working it was over done, she ordered another one, she came out and asked if I would like a drink on the house I said no thanks.Then my second meal came out and it was the same, so I took it back and spoke to a young lady this time and asked for my money back, she looked at it and said she will see what she can do.I went to the other side of the bar and ordered a couple of drinks while waiting. Then the young lady came out and spoke to the boss about this, he said to her 'give him his money back and tell him to f--k off if you don't I will' then he asked her if I had eaten any of it not knowing I was there and heard this, I turned and said no I haven't eaten any thing, he never said another word. If he says this to a clients having dinner what does he say to his clients staying in there motel.The ladies I spoke with were very nice and at no fault

Just decided to go somewhere different for lunch and a nice Sunday Drive. Just a Pub with pub food but service and food were good and place was clean and tidy. Needs a playground for the kids though. Plenty of area out front of outside dining area for a playground.

I’m so lucky that I decided to stay here! The rooms were beautiful and so clean. Every single member of staff was an attribute to your business. Customer service +++ The food was amazing!! I will most definitely be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I had a cabin for one week. It was the disabled cabin, however it was fantastic and in a beautiful part of the world.At the back of the restaurant, a massive outdoor area, big bug grassed area and tables right near the water.If you stay in a normal room, when you open your back door, your not far from the water.
