A car rear ended me. Did not think it was a problem. Assessor at this shop had a look. Arranged to have my car repaired. Quick and reliable service. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

They completed an insurance and private job on my vehicle. They had great communication and great service. The workmanship was good, would definitely recommend and use them again in the future, if needed. Also the price is reasonable.

Very poor standard of work, car went back four times. In end I refused to give them a fifth attempt. Found a good quality panel shop, they couldn’t believe how bad the repair was. They had to repair the dent, and repaint all of the panels. They even commented how they didn’t reuse all of the original bolts and had to order new ones.I have update my details and can supply Maddington Smash Repairs the insurance repair number if they like. By by the way the car had to be repaired for a 6th time as the paint started to peel on the edge of the door. Again very very poor workmanship.

After all of my experienced with car repairing services all over the town, comes to mind that your company really want to work hard in handling my problem. Perfect job repairing and spraying my car. Thanks to a very kind customer service lady at the front desk, facing my confusion after the accident patiently and really helpful making some suggestions for me. My insurance company gave me your contact number to repair my car from the accident. I was hesitated to contact your company at the first place. On the contrary, I’m very pleased with your work. You have a very great customer service and a very great team who handled me and my car perfectly. It looks like new and never looks like an accident has happened.

Put in the car for a full paint job as there were very bad scratches on the doors on both sides. I got the car back with all the scratches with only the mouldings painted. The manager insisted that I only asked them to paint the mouldings. I said I need the whole car painted and they said to pay for the current work and they will send an estimate. I put a review in before and they have got in taken off some way or other. I want the public to know what type of business they are. In the reply to the review the manager said that he has sent me a quote to repaint the balance which is an outright lie. I have emailed them and also sent a message through yellow pages asking for the quote and now it is over a week and nothing forthcoming. I am seeing a panel beater tomorrow to get his to quote to get the balance painted as these guys are frauds.

Never will I bring my car to get fixed by these people again. It was a third party insurance claim and brought my car for repair and part of the process was a wheel alignment according to them which they have claimed that I have requested and the insurance company declined to pay. After a month since I got my car back they are now chasing me to pay for the wheel alignment. I spoke to the insurance company and they told me anything regarding the claim I am not obligated to pay and If there is any issue it should be sorted directly to them not through me. Apart from that, no one from them even explained to me what has been done to the car.. no report they just said all good.. and off I go.. then the following day I have to return my car due to some loose connections and blemish on paint which infainess got it sorted straight away. They even told the insurance company that it was my request to get the alignment done which I never even asked and told me the wheel alignment guys got my details and they will chase me for the payment to scare me. But infairness to this company.. I got the car back on time as agreed and workmanship is good.
