That's when Francee stepped in and truly saved the day. She was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions and concerns promptly and professionally.Francee worked tirelessly to ensure that my order was processed and shipped out in time.Overall, I would highly recommend New Media to anyone in need of quality products and outstanding customer service. These guys were great. I couldn't find anywhere that had BMPCC4k in stock, but they did. I wrote to them to ask and Phillip had written back to me in minutes. He was friendly and very helpful & will definitely be using these guys again.

Like others that have reviewed this store, I had the same problem of ordering an item that says in stock - but finding out that it actually wasn't in stock the next day in an automated email.The item was an Atomos Ninja V which actually still says in stock on the website... come on guys, it's a big waste of consumers time which can be very important when you're under the crunch in this businessFinding out a reliable ETA was very difficult, after calling 3 times - the first time being told that someone would call me back (no call back), the 2nd time saying that someone would call me back within the next 2 hours (no call back), and a final call to cancel and refund the order (which they actually did process rather quickly (same day), it seems that this store do intend to provide reasonable customer service but don't actually have the capacity to keep up with the demands of running an online store...

Ordered an item on their website in Feb which listed 'in stock' but turns out it wasn't. After waiting for 10 days, item didn't arrive, no coms about delays. I then emailed them and they gave me an ETA for early May. May rolls around and still no delivery, no calls to apologise or explanation from this company. I followed up with an email and got a one sentence reply 'We apologize on behalf of the distributor who advises that there is still no reliable ETA.' Nothing else, no suggestion on how to move forward, no offering alternative solution, no offering of refund...After waiting almost 3 months, I am without the item that I ordered, which I need for a shoot next month. I will now have to hire out of pocket. I understand sometimes there are delays with distributors but lack of customer service coupled with false advertising of products 'in stock' has left me feeling very disappointed. The distributor may be the party causing some delays but some of the responsibility should be on the retailer to implement better systems and practices. This could have been avoided if they just listed it 'out of stock'. New Media Sales, you are not really providing any true value to your customers if there's total lack of care factor. Be careful, this business is a waste of time and money to deal with and totally apathetic.
