The older sales lady is super rude and condescending while I was just asking her some pretty simple questions about some trimmers which she really had no answers to anyways. This isn't the first time I've encountered her and why I thought I'd leave a review

It's clear as day their staff have been instructed to upsell all their products, talking you out of buying what you intended to purchase, if this is the case they should of never stocked it to begin with, i proceeded to ask are you going to try and sell me anything else?" This was dismissed follwed by the staff member offering to buy oil so my product won't break.One thing is for certain i will never shop here again

Had an small issue with a product, spoke with staff. They talked themselves up as being a super busy shop selling thousands of products every day and there was no way they could check my purchase receipt on the computer and that I’m asking a lot for them to do this. I provided date/time and amount and they still say there’s no way of finding it. 20 seconds later, that’s right receipt pop up. It’s such an easy fix but they make it seem like they had to go to hell and back to do it.

Very rude, condescending staff. Went to this Shaver Shop in Southland mall and left extremely angry. I was shopping for a curling iron and the woman that I encountered had no manners whatsoever and in my opinion should not be working in retail. All I wanted to was to look at the sizes of the curling irons because I wasn’t sure what size I wanted but this woman was so rude I left the store immediately and said I will buy a curling iron elsewhere. I would not recommend this Shaver Shop to anyone.

Really Disappointed! I purchased an item and found it terribly difficult to open the packaging, which resulted in accidently snapping off the ever so fragile head.The southland store would not let me exchange for another.. Just lost a good customer
