Southside Pool Services Canning Vale

We have been using Southside Pool Services for some time now, not only to assist with any issues relating to our pool/pump/solar heating but we are also set up for monthly servicing/maintenance. We cannot speak highly enough of Southside Pool Services and all the guys there. Their advice is spot on and prices are very competitive. Wouldn't trust our pool with anyone else!

Received some very good advice from shop assistant Isaac in Southside Canning vale. He is knowledgeable and willing to help. Not all pool shop does such well job in both aspects. Recommended.

If I could give less than one star I would. Mid 2014 we spend over $4k getting a heater pump from this business. When it didn't perform as promised I was told 'it is what it is'. A few months later when it started to trip out our power I had to arrange a technical visit (note I said 'I had to organise' it) and we were informed that it was not installed correctly. Southside disputed this but did what was asked - well we thought so. Recently when the unit stopped performing (through not fault of the Southside) they again were not all that interested and did not return phone calls. We had to deal with the manufacturer/distributor who agreed to replace the heater under warranty. They came to instal the replacement unit and advised us that the previous instal was not correctly done. Again we had to argue with Southside, they were insistant that their way, not the manufacturers instructed way was OK. They couldn't care less. We found some great people who instal pool heaters correctly and paid them to come and do what should have been done in the first place. Cannot recommend them at all. Dreadful experience.

Had a chlorinator fitted 3 years ago and recently had an issue with it - they came out and changed it with no fuss. They also gave me some pretty essential advice about pool maintenance. thanks.

We recently changed to using southside pool service. They are always helpful, great service. Our pool costs have halved since using them. I think the last place we were going was either over charging us on products or selling us things we didn't need. We will not go anywhere else and strongly recommend you use them if you don't already.

Visited the shop today and as always the Team at Southside Pool Services are professional, efficient and effective. The Team and I have been working together to sort out an imbalance issue in the water of the pool and I am so glad of their help and expertise. Today I had my pool water tested by Nat - she is amazing, super knowledgeable and so kind and helpful. She worked out what I needed to do, documented it and provided me with the chemical that has almost instantly sorted the issue. Southside prices are very competitive. They supplied and set up all our new pool equipment as well as a robot cleaner - all working brilliantly. Very impressed with the quality of the service and the knowledgeable and approachable staff - especially Peter and Nat. It was great to have a lady to speak with who explained everything in terms I could understand and who showed me on in shop equipment exactly what to do. Thank you very much Nat and Peter - very happy with the result and with your help, patience and understanding especially. A great place for all pool advice, equipment and service/supplies. We've been using Southside for years and have always been more than happy with their service. They just offer the whole package and the pool always looks great - even in winter. It's the attention to detail that sets one company above the others. That extra attention results in not allowing small problems turning into a large, expensive ones in the future. The service is just fantastic. They also pat Widget dog and make sure she doesn't get out.Thank you! To everyone in the company, Mum and I really appreciate the team.

Have always used Southside for our pool servicing and spares. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Not the cheapest company but in a world where you get what you pay for, we're happy campers.

I would just like to share my recent experience with Southside Pool Services. What an amazing service, it was quite the journey from Jarrahdale but well worth the extra kms. I dropped off a pool pump and it was completely rebuilt with new bearings and seals the same day at a very competitive price. Very helpful, experienced staff. Highly recommended.
