Agreeing with Amelia’s review. The store has a funky smell, the music is too loud, you can’t hear the girl taking the order and she does not speak up despite asking her to on several occasions. The other girl making food coughed every minute or so and should not be handling food.Tasty poke bowls with good flavour and texture but I have low confidence with the hygiene and food handling and therefore the food. Wouldn’t trust that I wouldn’t get sick eating here, and as such I would not return or recommend.

I highly recommend Poke Bros! It's the first restaurant that serves the most delectable poke bowls that I have ever tasted. The food is fresh and amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality toppings and sauces to choose from. The staff were friendly and efficient, making our food quickly. I was introduced to Poke Bros by a friend, and I am very grateful for this recommendation. If you're looking for a restaurant that serves delicious poke bowls, Poke Bros is definitely worth your time! Loved the melon lychee tea!

I absolutely LOVE the food at this place but I rarely go and even if I do, I always feel nervous. Why? Because of HYGIENE. I honestly don't even want to write a review but I hope something changes at the store. The last 2 experiences I've had in the last 3 weeks are as follows -1. I went in and the girl who took my order had her hair down, a chain bag on her shoulder and wearing a loose black zip hoodie (?). She looked like she was ready to leave/finish work and was talking to the people in the kitchen when I walked in so then she decided to serve me anyway, the fact that she was rushing to make my order seemed to prove that that was the case as well. Which is all fine, but then as she reached to get the sauce her sleeve was SO CLOSE to the food, it seriously made me anxious.2. My most recent visit. The girl (different) who took my order coughed into her hand before she served me, she seemed abit sick. Was not wearing a mask. So then as she was making the food, specifically when she was scooping the rice into the bowl, a piece/chunk of rice dropped on the counter and she used her hand to pick it up and throw it back in the bowl then proceeded to quickly put the other seasonings/toppings into the bowl. At the time I was thinking whether to ask her to make it again and I WISHED that I did but as she was already onto putting the seasoning and toppings I just didn't want to be a bother. It makes me think about what happens in the back kitchen as well. This experience was the absolute last straw and I just can't anymore. Just thinking about it honestly bothers me.I'm not criticising the food in anyway, just the hygiene and sanitation practice as well as the presentation of your employees. If the hygiene standards were up, I would absolutely go every week. But every time I go I pretty much have to work up the courage to do so since I don't know what I'm in for from your staff who don't seem very professional or are even aware of what hygiene/sanitation practises around food are. This should be especially important since you're serving raw fish/ingredients. I just hope I don't get sick in any way from my recent visit. Please provide proper training.

I was recommended to go to this place by a friend and was not disappointed. It’s the best place in Sydney to get a Poke Bowl. All other Poke Bowl places I’ve been to don’t even compare. I like how there are so many different options for condiments and toppings, I’ve never seen so many before, and I wanted to order every single type of option in my bowl. The portions are also generous and never fail to fill me up.

In love with the poke bowls, every time I buy one, never disappoints. The ingredients are really fresh and staff are so friendly. I recommend if you want to have the best poke bowl you’ve ever had before!

We ordered the Korean chicken poke bowl and the premium salmon poke bowl. Both were really delicious and filling, and we especially liked the flavouring in the Korean chicken bowl (with the cream cheese).We also tried their spam musubi which was our favourite. The caramelised sweet sauce, with the salty spam and crunchy seaweed was the best combo!

My overall perspective of Poke Bros is phenomenal. The entire atmosphere from the music and decor was upbeat and fun whilst the food was so delicious and fresh. I was accommodated with kindness and given recommendations with the help of the staff, boosting the enjoyment. Poke Bros is a must try!
