Joseph Gerrard Self Defence - Seven Hills
Both my 3 and 5 year old boys love going to their Self Defence lessons every week. The classes are amazing and Joe is absolutely brilliant with the kids, not only do they have a stack of fun and burn heaps of energy every week, but they are learning really important life skills. I can see big improvements in their confidence, discipline and capability and love seeing the pride they feel when they accomplish something new. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe to absolutely anyone.
