This Post Office always has its phone contact number set to fax so instead of getting an answer all you get is that screaming horrible Fax tone in your ears. Then you have to go in to the Post office I understand the tactics but sometimes it is very inconvenient.

Discriminative serviceThere were two women behind the desk, one of them serving another customer while the other woman do nothing. I looked at her as if I am asking her if she will serve me. She pointed to the other customer and told me “it will not be long”.While I am waiting, another customer (white woman) entered the post office. The same woman (who told me to wait) moved straight away behind the desk ready to serve her. She asked her “how I can help you” while I am still waiting to be served.

Sending an EM experience ...Came here because of the good reviews, however the indian guy was making jokes about the parcel then assured he will tape the parcel before sending it... he didn't, eventually damaged and spilled before reaching the destination.Got back with photos from receiver of the parcel to show the staff what happened... the indian guy was furious and accused me of lying.The 5 star reviews here are definitely fake especially from 1 review contributors.Take your business somewhere else ... cheers

Lovely to find a post office open all day Saturday- and then to find such helpful service. Every customer being greeted and actively helped no matter what was needed.

It would not be possible to find nicer people to run a business than those who manage this store. Friendly, kind, helpful, efficient just for starters. I travel from Bundoora weekly to Summerhill just to visit this outlet.

After a horrible experience at the spring st branch, I visited this shop instead. Immediately I felt the differences in customer service. The workers here were friendly and patient enough to provide explanation and tips, whereas the female staff in the other branch would have rolled her eyes to the other side of the planet if she could when I mentioned that I have an QR code to scan for my business account. When Spring St charged me $59 for the same parcel, I paid $16.25 in this branch. I would highly recommend visiting this branch instead of the Spring St branch if you want not only to save money but also to experience decent customer service and be treated like a human being without anyone rolling their eyes to you.

Really great customer service! I had inconvenient them when the return labels I printed out would not scan because of too much ink. The lady at the counter was very nice about it and printed out another readable code sticker for my parcels. You can tell everyone there was very helpful and friendly.
