Tattoo Power - Mitchell

Called and arranged for my first tattoo back in December 2022 and will be hard pressed to go anywhere else from now on I reckon. Pete talked through my ideas and provided great knowledge and understanding of my needs and the process. Just finished my third tattoo today and we’re already talking about the next ones. Can’t recommend Peter Gorst and the Tattoo Power Mitchell crew any higher. Will be back for sure.

I have been to tattoo power (first for mitchell and multiple for lyneham) over the last few years and have had different artists each time depending on what I was after and availability.Both studies are always clean, tidy and organised and the artists are amazing, great communication, great work ethic and understand what you're after.My latest tattoo is a cover up piece and I was very nervous about the whole situation. I had Matt who understood my design, what I was after and booked me in for the earliest possible appointment. He hand drew everything from scratch because he also wanted my cover up to flow with my other shoulder tattoo. This was my first color tattoo so you can imagine just how painful the experience was, but Matt was on ball with asking if I was okay and giving me as many breaks as I needed to cope.All in all my experience was excellent and I appreciate Matt for his time and effort!

Peter did a great job doing a cover over tattoo and Jason did an awesome job with the Sanskrit tattoo. I am really happy with their work. Highly recommended!!

World class place in Canberra. I was after some real art. Was the only place in Canberra that actually understood what I wanted. Others were just like ' can you send us a picture' mmm no because it doesn't exist yet. Brad as a visiting artist was amazing and put the art into the tattoo with outstanding skills. Great vibe at the place as well and always treated with respect. Proper tattoo shop with style.... Not a hipster place.

Great communication...worked with Matt from the Mitchell location regarding having an Australian tattoo done while we were home on holidays from 'home ' Colorado Springs USA. Everything came together, extremely happy with my tattoo. Matt did a fantastic job!!

I was tattooed by Kylie for the 3rd time and she is above excellent she comes up with fantastic designs just with an idea you give her. Her attention to detail and work ethic is second to none. She is so easy to get along with and nothing is too much trouble and ensures you are completely happy with the tattoo design before proceeding and if not she works with you to make it amazing. I have nothing but the highest respect for her and her work I would not go anywhere else.Thank you kylie

Great studio to deal with… organised to book in was very easy and communication was great for artwork.Studio was super clean, all staff were very friendly chatting and good mix of music in the background.Saw Matt D’Almeida due to his amazing portfolio of animals and detailed work. Couldn’t have picked a better artist, I was speechless after if was all done. Matt did an incredible job and everyone that sees it comments on the detail.Pricing is great value for money for the quality of work cause let’s face it, you don’t want to go to the cheapest place!Definitely recommend Tattoo Power and Matt!
