Rick built my patio and we are very happy with it,found Rick to be very personable and open to what you want.

Wife was quick to respond to my email saying they didn’t live far from our home but he didn’t show up on appointed time.Emailed again and she apologised and would be in touch for site visit, never to hear from them again - this being a few months ago now.Too late now found someone else who was interested!

Great service and workmanship.

Rick came at promised date and time on initial quote and was quick to charged me this and that for extra things I asked him to do to fix my shed which include sealing all the holes on my roof shed for an extra $40 and told me if there's any leakage give him a call and he'll come over and fix it. He did not seal the new sheet roof that he installed, told him about the leakage, he said he'd come by tomorrow 11am, didn't turn up nor an apology only after I messaged him again about my displeased he made excuses about how he only said may be able to and said he WILL drop by 9am tomorrow and yep, he did not turned up with another excuses so that's it for me, would not use this guy or his company again! Also make sure you asked if his quote included GST because after he 'completed' the job he said the quote he gave me does not include GST and asked me to pay him cash instead. This guy is all about money not service.
