Baan Phaya Thai Burpengary
2 times we have been charged incorrectly more. (Last time addressed issue, so we thought no problem going back) Both times same girl with blonde hair. So this time I asked her to please slow down & focus, she gave nothing but attitude, while taking my order. Waited over 40 mins. When I asked after 30 mins got told 2 mins, which was fine so daughter went back in 5 mins later & same girl spoke extremely rude to her. When got home our meals were so runny & rice was like sushi rice , stuck together. Such a shame as Burpengary needs good food outlets.

After being shown our booked table, we sat down and waited 30mins to be waited on. I ordered yellow curry with chicken with came out a few minutes before my husbands meal. Presentation of the curry was not great, a film of oil was sitting on the top. After a couple of mouthfuls I thought the chicken seems cold, as I got to the middle of the piece if chicken it was absolutely stone cold. I called over the wait staff and asked her to touch the chicken that was on my fork, she acknowledged that it was cold. She then asked me if I wanted it warmed up. I declined and asked for a fresh meal to be cooked.When my new meal was delivered I noticed that there were no veggies with it. At this point my husband had finished his meal long ago and the rice that we were supposed to be sharing had been sitting on the table for about 30mins. By time my meal had come out I wasn't that hungry so I decided to take it home for later. Yes they did give me my meal at no cost but I would have prefered to eat a nice meal with my husband.We want to support local businesses but I'm sorry you have lost or business preferring to go elsewhere.

Service was slow, only two teenager girls doing the floor for dine-in & takeaway orders. We waited a very long time to have the table “cleaned” and some water brought to us. The soup and the pad Thai were way too sour, a lot more than it should be. Won’t be coming in again

Very impressed all round. Online order ready in 30 minutes as quoted. Lots of meat and vegetables in the 3 dishes we ordered. 2 huge prawns in the special fried rice. Not cheap but worth it!

This is our second time visiting. We feel very lucky to have discovered a really great Thai so close to home. The food is fresh and delicious. The decor is Thai inspired. I think will become regulars.

Usually go to Grill'd as the kids love playing in the near by play ground. Tried Baan Phaya instead as it was close enough to the play area to watch the little one's while being seated at the restaurant. So glad we changed things up, we were really impressed. Spent considerably less than we would at Grill'd and didn't have annoying pop music being blasted in our ears while we ate. Dishes were absolutely delicious. Will definitely be returning.

The food was so delicious I didn't stop to take photos! Yes, there was a Mother's Day/ rainy Sunday night delay today, but every other occasion we've gotten dinner from this restaurant the timing has been spot on. It happens sometimes, and the food is worth it. The front of house staff are lovely and the food is always fresh and hot. I highly recommend Baan Phaya Thai.

Terrible! Waited over 2hours with kids for food. So many people standing around your tables waiting for online/phone orders, they care more about those ppl... The people in the restaurant are forgotten! Service is so bad! Way to expensive not worth the money at all!! Won't be going back, Disgusting food someone will get sick from here with the cold chicken and the rubbish they call Thai. Worse Thai I have ever had. I spent $165 and we left hungry, wouldn't give a discount for the horrible experience. Dont waste your time here..

Absolutely delicious! We tried Baan Phaya on the weekend for a quick takeaway after working late. Called at 8:40pm and the meal was ready in 15 minutes and just amazing. I'm a Pad Thai lover and it was hot and fresh with plenty of bean sprouts and just the right amount of sauce. Also had the pepper and garlic stir fried veg and coconut rice. The veggies were a stand out. Such beautiful flavour and very well cooked. This will become our new local regular.

Ordered food at 5pm for Mother’s Day and was informed at 6.30pm that they were too busy to fulfil it. Terrible service and won’t be ordering from them again. Great way to ruin a special day.
