We have bought both ensembles and mattresses from here on 3 occasions. The pricing is amazing and the customer service cannot be faulted. Sara A has gone above and beyond for us both on all 3 occasions. If youre looking to fill a guest room, or looking for a light weight upgrade. This is the place to be. 10/10 would recommend any day of the week.

Could not fault customerservice this morning .Sara was very helpful with explaining to us about the type of bed we were after. And very helpful explaining about the drawers each side of queen size bed we were buying. We had a mattress off them a few years ago and could not fault the service then. Would recommend Makin Mattresses to anyone thinking of new beds or mattresses.

Cannot fault the service we were given by Sara A. She was friendly and very knowledgeable explaining to us the differences between the Matilda( made specifically for caravans etc.) and regular mattresses. She took her time and talked us through the complete process from when we have placed our order for our custom made Matilda mattresses to when we come and collect them.

Within seconds of entering the premises, a team member approached us. Throughout the time spent there, we were treated with interest and respect. The professionalism of the team member was what one always hopes for in an organisation, but rarely comes across. She diligently explained how their mattresses were constructed, that they are made on the premises, then guided us through selecting the correct mattress for our needs. She asked questions and listened to our responses. At no time did we feel pushed into buying. At the end of our time with this amazing woman, we gladly purchased the mattress we wanted. She assured us that we could phone her with questions or concerns, as they were there to help us. We told her this was the best customer service we have received, and it was.

Enjoyed the process of trying out and deciding what would be the best mattress(es) for our caravan. We have a split bed that combines to become a modified queen of sorts. Felt a little like goldilocks and found one that was just right for me! Partner liked a different one and we were in the position we could have a single of each! We were given plenty of time to try out and space to make our decision. We felt our sales person was well informed and knew what he was talking about. So happy to purchase an Aussie made product at an affordable price!

I recently purchased 2 single ensembles from here and they were damaged in transport and makin mattresses refuse to accept responsibility.... $1700 and I get what looks like second hand bases.... as to the reply received by makin mattresses, I dont appreciate being lied to and about NEVER have you offered to replace the damaged goods at all nor have you contacted me to offer any such refund... The staff member who served me was fantastic however the lying delivery people and incompetent manager will only serve as a deterrent for any future customers.
