Fantastic garage. I called round and got the best price from here. The customer service was fantastic and the car was repaired fast and excellent condition. Great bunch of people. I went and collected my car on Friday to be greeted by the owner chatting away to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone needing car repair by professional garage. Great work. Thank you.

The team at S&A Smash Repair gave my wife and I a very good impression right from the beginning. When we brought in our Toyota Corolla 2001 on a Saturday morning for damage assessment after an accident, they were attentive and helpful (the gentleman who was helping us, which I understand is one of the owners, even tightened our rear bumper on the spot). We did not have the same experience with other smash repairs in the area, whose attitude ranged from somewhat dismissive to rude and whose promises of sending us a quote never materialised (one of them asked us A$ 160 for the privilege of receiving one). For these reasons, we opted for S&A and we are very happy we did. The quality of their work is top notch: the areas around the rear bumper look perfect and you could not tell that the car underwent repair. Also the rattling noises are all gone. They even took the extra step of cleaning the left half of our car, which was heavily coloured by bore water, as a bonus! That means having genuine passion for your job. Our Corolla looks like new and, to put it mildly, we were blown away. Highly recommended.

Went to call in for an estimate on a Wednesday just after 1pm. No one there entrance locked.

Thank you to Sam and all staff in the immaculate work that was done on our BMW X5 car collected yesterday, not only the body work but the car was completely detailed in/out. The way all staff treated us was excellent. We highly recommend this professional company.

Having your car in a shop getting fixed is never a good situation, but the team at S&A Smash Repairs went next level to ensure the experience was somewhat ok. Dealing with delay on parts due to border restrictions and extreme weather, and then being short staffed due to state quarantine policies, the team made sure to keep me informed every step of the way as to when the car would be ready. The team even went to lengths of dropping the car off to me close to after hours on a Friday afternoon to avoid me wrangling two kids in an Uber to collect it. Hopefully I wont have to go through them again, but if I did have to, I'd sleep well knowing the car is in good, professional hands.

I recently had my BMW repaired at S & A Smash Repairs in Osborne Park and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received by your staff.The assistance and service I was afforded went a long way to overcoming the anguish I was suffering after I damaged my vehicle in a parking mishap.During these extremely challenging times your friendly assistance and quality repairs needs to acknowledged. Nothing was too much trouble ,the work was done quickly and with great professionalism.

My elderly father recently had a carpark bingle, damaging multiple panels. Jason and his team at S&A did a fantastic job. From an on the spot assessment ( believe me that’s unusual nowadays) through to the quality of their work, they did a really impressive job. Paint matching was spot on, you cannot discern the areas that were repaired. They also did well to keep my father up to date with the progress of the job and managed his expectations. Great work, highly recommend.

This guys were amazing. My car was brought in for replacing the fuel tank, an insurance job. Most of the repair centers gave us 6 weeks wait at least. This guys fixed it in a week, meaning that they really applied themselves to look for the spare part etc. They even cleaned the inside. Super recommended. Never going anywhere else.

Car has been with them for over 7 months. After waiting 5 months for parts, it turns out they didn't order the correct parts, and the job has been subject to months of additional delays. They didn't lodge the paperwork to the insurer correctly, causing additional delays.I was called asking for payment of the deductible as the car was nearly ready. Further enquiries proved the car wasn't nearly ready, the paperwork with the insurer hadn't been lodged correctly and in fact the car was many months from being completed.They called me asking me to bring the car back for additional work when I never got the car back, it has been in their workshop for 7 months!The workshop manager is extremely rude and lacking in interpersonal skills. Management should consider keeping this person well away from the public. He informed me the delays are my fault for purchasing an electrical car". Nothing to do with his incompetence at all.Can't offer an opinion on their quality of work as the car is still not complete
