Carl was easy to communicate with and resolved any issues in a timely and professional way. Carl and his team are just amazing. What most impressed me with Carl was the no BS attitude. He explained where we could trim costs to meet budget constraints and the pros and cons of doing that with different products. In the end the agreed contract for our total combined kitchen and bathroom renovation was met on time and on budget. Seriously - who does that these days? Carl does! Can't recommend more highly.
